Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Expected a little over the 3-5 days delivery but just had an email today (31/05) saying my ladders will be dispatched late next week, which is almost 2 weeks from order. I expect a few days before they arrive after that. Not good at all.
Ladders were a good price and delivered earlier than expected. They were just what we needed and got the job done. Warning to anyone buying, they are heavy and ideally need two people to carry and manoeuvre.

Company great but delivery service very poor. Paid for overnight service at extra cost but goods were not delivered for 6 days. Realise not the companies fault but DX delivery company were not acceptable.

Where do I start? Shocking customer service from start to finish. Agent told me one thing about a product, guided me to the right page to order. Different product turned up and when I rang to say it was wrong, a different guy blamed me and said I’d have to return it at my expense. Considering we spend upwards of £4K a year on ladders and accessories, I’m glad I found this out on my first order. Back to ladders999 we will go. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Minimal packaging which was very good - i.e no unnecessary plastic wrapping. Delivered pretty quickly (a few days)
I had to chase delivery after waiting nearly 2 weeks. Immediate response and item delivered the next day. Very pleased with item.
Good quality ladder but delivery took a while and had to chase up a few times. Probably would use again as it's a very good product.
